About Group company

• Ayumi Trust Holdings Co., Ltd. was established in 2005. Its capital totals approximately USD 5 million.
• Yucasee Wealth Media Co., Ltd (YWM) operates Yucasee, a private club that is the biggest of its kind in Japan, ex　clusively for the wealthy class. YWM also created a consortium with prominent corporations whose services and products target the wealthy class, which was established in 2006. The number of club members has increased with the wealthy class.
• Hedge Fund Direct Co., Ltd (HFD, FIEA # 532), the FSA registered Investment Advisor, and the expert of overseas (outside Japan) hedge fund analysis, has spearheaded the hedge fund advisory business in Japan, with the advi　sory balance accumulated more than USD 800 million in investments since its inception. In November 2017, HFD was also admitted in the FSA Financial Advisor Discloser List as the adopter of the Business Principles Declara　　tion that FSA recommends to set out and announce publicly.
